Esther's work

Esther Neema officially started Dream Tribe Network Africa in the year 2018. This was post the successful pro-totype, using the Empire content Network. This group of friends came together to create possibilities of content creation. Many people are limited individually, thus by encouraging collaboration among young people as well as those who are experienced produces significant results. The team was able to create content that would have otherwise not been possible due to the individual constraints, but possible by working together.


Today, the Dream tribe Network Africa has more than 500 member, on a journey to fuelling 1000 Dreams. Today, she has more partners and teams as well as business and individuals being managed.



The Mr and Miss Good Will project, was started with a vision to provide a platform where young people can be part of improving the society.Though done with almost negligeable resources, it ended up being a unique and successful event. This event was propose by Jane Jones, and was successfully implemented by the able team, that includes; Abdumalik Omanyo, Brian Iluve and Nehema.
For the last two years, Esther has been working as Kenyan country representative for Africa Youth Development Commision. She has brought together a team of 10 plus, with a vision to engage the Kenya youth in the panafrican conversation. In the same capacity, Esther is the publicity secretary for AYDEC, where she has constantly shared collaborative communication among the team.

Esther begun her media career whilst at the university on Shine FM. She started Belle, a woman's show. Post University, she was selected as a Top prsenter during a talent search. Here she trained and worked as a journalist, that would later be followed by talk show hosting and presenting at KBC, the national broadcasting house.
Esther Neema, loves to engage with communities, and especially the young people. She has been part of establishing relationship and collaborative partnerships, where the youth can work together.


Since the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey, Esther Neema, has been seeking on various platforms. Recently, she was a teacher at the Academy for women entrepreneurs. She was training a Top breed of entrepreneurial women, selected from across the country to learn different skills, in order to scale their business.

Though she had not been acting as much lately, Esther Neema began acting professionally at 19, alongside writing. She has featured in an international film, Karen Blixen. She has featured in both local and regional scenes. Has also been a commercial model and done numerous stage palys.

TEDxKIbera is one of the most exciting project, Esther Neema has been a part of. Together with George Kevin, they have been working together to support TEDxKibera. This has led to significant milestones for Dream Tribe Network Africa.

Esther Neema has also been largely involved in the PR and organization of the One Billion Rising Campaign, rising against Gender-Based Violence. It was such a successful event that has restored her activities in event planning and management.


Esther continues to support African initiatives through her role as the Publicity secretary.


During the TEDxKibera launch, speaking to the African story. The chief guest speaker was Timothy Owase, the CEO of the Kentan film commission. He spoke to the opportunities within the Kenya Film Industries. He spoke to YOUTube, and how it is creating a space within the creative economy for young people to have income.

Esther Neema, hosting at the iflix launch. iflix was launching in Kenya, getting in to the Kenyan market space. It was a great ceromy, well attended by the Kenyan celebrities in the music industry as well a celebrities actors and actress as well as key stakeholders managing the film industry.

The Empire content network is one of the major projects with a view to create a collaborative community of content creators. This was the production of Ukweli wangu, a television show that focus on peer talks on life experiences, highlighting the challenges and the exciting experiences of young people.

Having an exchange session with women

At the heart of every society is entrepreneurship. Even for countries that have not believed themselves to be enterprising, societies will be forced to think of new ways of being, so as to industrialize, develop and grow. If that is the case, why the do many of us, never start enterprises, even when we have really good ideas. It is perhaps the fear, that we are not able to grow industries or companies.
